Welcome to Praying4Nigeria
..where like-minded people who believe in Nigeria as one nation come together to pray for Nigeria in Jesus' name
Our purpose
Praying4Nigeria's purpose is to call all that are willing to pray for Nigeria and to seek GOD's intervention in the affairs of the nation at such a time as this!
While it is true that there is no perfect nation in the world and that all nations of the world have one thing or the other that they grapple with, however, some issues that Nigeria as a nation deal with sometimes are beyond human comprehension and understanding (though not beyond GOD); hence our purpose to call all that are willing to join us in praying to GOD for Nigeria, after all, nothing is too hard for GOD (Jeremiah 32:17)

GOD sent Jonah to warn the people of Nineveh to change or be destroyed. The people of Nineveh and their king believed and took GOD's warning seriously. They cried mightily unto GOD hoping GOD will relent from destroying them. GOD relented as previously planned.
Peter was kept in prison, but prayer for him was being made fervently by the Church to GOD. On the very night when Herod was about to bring him out before the people (to kill him like he killed James (v.2)?), the LORD led him out of the prison miraculously.
